Asus announced a new headset under its ROG brand name, called the Strix Fusion 300. It is designed for marathon gaming, with light design and hybrid ear cushions, according to Asus. The headset can be connected to a PC or Mac using a USB cable, or on a console via a 4-pin 3.5 mm jack. It also features red LEDs, which can be set in three ‘modes’: burn, pulsate or off.Asus

The Fusion 300 is equipped with 50 mm neodymium drivers and has an impedance of 32 ohms. The frequency range ranges from 20 Hz to 20 kHz. The Strix Fusion 300 weighs 360 g and the braided cable has a length of 2 meters. Also on-board 7.1 surround is available, on and off by means of a button on the side of the headset. The microphone has a frequency range of 50 Hz to 10 kHz and a sensitivity of -39 ± 3 dB. This microphone is turned off when the arm is folded up.
The ROG Strix Fusion 300 is available from next month and has an advisory price of 140 euros. The headset can also be found in our price comparator, although prices have not yet been announced.
