ASUS has just introduced a new gaming monitor. The monitor is called VP28UQG and has 3840×2160 pixels with a 28-inch screen. The company focuses primarily on gamers, as evidenced by the presence of AMD FreeSync technology and ASUS GamePlus, a collection of gaming features such as OSD crosshairs. Asus also added a frame counter and display presets for specific game genres.

The VP28UQG is equipped with a TN panel. According to ASUS, it provides horizontal and vertical viewing angles up to 170 and 160 degrees. Furthermore, the company claims a response time of 1 ms (gray-to-gray), a maximum brightness of 300 cd / m² and a static contrast ratio of 1000: 1. Image connectors are DisplayPort 1.2a and two HDMI 2.0 available. It also has a built-in DAC to make the audio signal from one of the listed connectors available via a 3.5 mm headphone jack.
